My journey to SuperScale - in conversation with Geeta Sidhu Robb.
Geeta is my amazing coach of 10 years who has worked with me through every stage of SuperScaling since 2014. She has a unique insight into the issues I faced that enabled my SuperScale journey to beyond £50m revenue and we will deep dive into them in this session.
I will be talking about my journey and Geeta will pick up on the key moments through coaching that made all the difference to that SuperScaling Journey, with a focus on growth mindset and how building confidence was so key in getting through the various stages.
In 2008 my business, finnCap, had 28 employees, 40 clients and revenue of £3.8m. No one had really heard of us. By 2014, some 6 years later I scaled it to £15.8m revenue and 64 employees but then hit a bit of a wall.
I started working with Geeta in 2014 and she helped me get unstuck, build confidence and help continue my SuperScaling journey. She has seen my growth journey from £15.8m revenue through my IPO in 2018 to £52m revenue in 2022.
